How to Reset Your Password

1. Visit www.lokumapp.com and click on “Create Your Free Account” to access the sign-in page.

2. Select “Forgot Password” to initiate the password reset process.

3. Enter the email address associated with your Lokum account and click “Reset Password.”

4. Check your email inbox for a message from Lokum containing a verification code.

5. Copy the verification code from the message (note: please do not reply to this email).

6. Return to the password reset page and paste the verification code into the designated field.

7. Create a new password for your Lokum account.

8. Congratulations! You have successfully reset your password and can now log in to your Lokum profile.
